<text>This article written by Roy Proctor critiques The University Players' 1983 production of Shakespeare's Henry V directed by William H. Lockey Jr. Proctor criticizes the director's edition of Henry V being put on as a play within a play by University of Richmond students as a "device" that justifies a use of minimalist props, costumes, and casting "with no regard to age and, in one case, no regard to sex." Proctor writes: "When the Bishop of Ely is played by a pretty coed, no matter how talented she is, one knows that 'Henry V' is in trouble." He argues that it gives Greg J. Evans, actor playing Henry V, more trouble than the script. He then ends the critique by lauding Evans abilities, along with fellow cast members Eric Dobbs (a non-student actor), Maria Baberio, and finally commends the set and light designers Chris Cleary and Maury Hancock.</text>
