Title
Article "Campus Forum Will Debate HEW Discrimination Charges"
Description
A campus forum was arranged to discuss the recent charges on the university by the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW). According to HEW, UR projects an image of "an exclusive all-white 'Southern' institution." The HEW regional director made certain recommendations such as involving black students in all parts of the university life and accepting "high-risk" students. It was unclear from the article what "high risk" students meant.
