Description
This report of University College highlights the purpose of the establishment of University College and the degrees it will offer. The report says, "The principal function of the new College is to serve the Richmond metropolitan area in those educational fields in which the University of Richmond is particularly qualified." University College had an evening program with college credit courses that could lead to a Bachelor of Commerce, graduate courses, a Business Management Center, and a junior college.
