The Web 1968 "Reflections"
Dublin Core
Title
The Web 1968 "Reflections"
Description
In this photograph in the reflections section of the 1968 yearbook, an African American man can be seen holding a poster. It is unclear from the picture what his role was at the university. The poster that he is holding says, "Dr. Wheeler refuses to bargain with operating engineers," likely a reference to University of Richmond Treasurer Dr. Charles H. Wheeler.
