Description
Emily Gardner, of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA), and William E. Lloyd of the Richmond Public Forum wrote this letter to the Honorable Frank P. Graham to ask him to be a lecturer for a memorial for Elizabeth Cecil Scott. They hoped that the lecture would embody some of Elizabeth Scott's interests like civil rights and race relations.
