This document is a small, handwritten note attached to the Richmond Forward letter that was sent on March 15, 1965. It asked President Modlin to remember the story about the Centurion, with "Centurion" underlined. It also stated that "this paper was duly served on you by Thomas C. Boushall, Edwin Hyde, and Edwin P Consequest—all of R/F [Richmond Forward]."
