Description
This February 21, 1980 letter is from University of Richmond Vice President for Student Affairs William H. Leftwich to University of Richmond President E. Bruce Heilman. In this letter, Leftwich expresses concern regarding the costs associated with increased use of legal counsel. Leftwich details seven areas in the immediate past for which he sought legal counsel, the primary area being the Office of Civil Rights audit.
