This newspaper advertisement is for courses at University College, the downtown division of the University of Richmond. The advertisement, in the Afro-American, a historically black newspaper in Richmond, Virginia, was specifically for evening classes, which were the first to integrate at the University in 1964. Available programs included Bachelors degrees in Arts or Commerce, and Masters degrees in Commerce or Humanities. There were also certificate programs advertised.
