Title
Article "Miss Leung Is First Chinese Student to Attend Westh'ton"
Description
This article notes that while Chinese students had been attending Richmond College for several years, Yiu Fong Leung was the first Chinese woman to attend Westhampton College. The first cousin of Yik Chin Cheung, a senior at Richmond College, Leung planned to pursue work in education in her home of Shiu-Hing, China. Although frequently homesick, Leung, the article notes, "did not find it difficult to accustom herself to these [cultural] differences."
