Description
This is a letter to the President of the University of Richmond George M. Modlin from the W. Kenneth Haddock, Chief in the Education Branch in the Office for Civil Rights in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW). Haddocks thanks Modlinfor the experience he, along with his colleagues Mr. Arbetiter and Dr. Bryant had during a visit to the University. Haddock says he looks forward to working with President Modlin and his staff again in the future and that they will follow up with implementation of the compliance assurance to be executed by the Trustees shortly.
