Observations And Experiences Of An African Missionary [Short Story]
Dublin Core
Title
Observations And Experiences Of An African Missionary [Short Story]
The Messenger, Volume XLVI
Page 21 (1 of 4)
Description
In this four-page short story, author George W. Sadler offers an account of a missionary trip to Africa. The story makes comparisons between African culture and American culture, claiming "social life in Africa means more than it does here." The author also makes a note of the sense of humor that must be held during a trip to Africa because of "the shadow of the blackness of heathenism falls on one."
