Description
This article announces the University's decision to introduce sororities to campus life. The six sororities that will colonize on campus are Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Pi Beta Phi, and Chi Omega. The article explains how rush will work and why sororities are being established. Westhampton Dean Patricia Harwood states "at other schools, the fraternity system becomes stronger when men and women are involved in social and educational interaction."
