This letter was written in response to a very controversial letter written by faculty member Janet Kotler about fraternities and the little sister programs. Voltz is stating that Kotler's opinion is ignorant and biased. She explains that it is their choice to be little sisters and they look to their respective fraternities as brothers and is not being exploited by them.
