Description
This article describes Chinese students celebrating the eleventh anniversary of the Chinese Republic. Organized by the Chinese Students Organization (Chinese Club), the students held a banquet at Shanghai Restaurant. The event is compared to the American celebration of July 4th, a day of patriotic celebration. A student from the Medical College of Virginia attended the celebrations, along with eight Chinese students from the University of Richmond.
