Opinion "Egg on our Faces"
Dublin Core
Title
Opinion "Egg on our Faces"
Description
In response to a letter written by a Westhampton sophomore published in the Collegian Forum, an anonymous student writes this piece to protect marchers and the freedom of expression for students on campus. Eggs were thrown and insults were yelled at student marchers who were participating in the candlelight peace march that had been progressing towards the chapel. The writer claims that verbal and physical abuse are, “irresponsible, cowardly, and irrational,” and encourages students to find more productive outlets of dissent.
