Memo from Charles E. Glassick to Deans Gehring, Warren, Wren, and Robbins
Dublin Core
Title
Memo from Charles E. Glassick to Deans Gehring, Warren, Wren, and Robbins
Subject
Description
This is a memo from Charles E. Glassick to several deans talking about the need to begin recruiting minority faculty again. He says that with "contracts and salaries and budgets having held first priority lately, we have let recruitment of minority faculty fall by the wayside". He then lays out an action plan, which includes that there must be at least one minority candidate for each position and keeping tags on minority Ph.D candidates.
