Title
Article "Hearing board set to mitigate on-campus sexual assault cases"
Subject
Description
This is a newspaper article covering the newly established hearing board intended to mitigate sexual assault cases. It discusses the composition of the board, as well as discussions on whether or not to include students. Kristin Heller, Westhampton College Government Association President and Vice President for Student Affairs Leonard Goldberg both were consulted on who to include and how to progress. It clarifies that the board is not meant to be a trial or replace federal or state laws, but rather "help the victim put the pieces back together after an assault."
