Report "Minutes of the Food Service Committee"
Dublin Core
Title
Report "Minutes of the Food Service Committee"
Subject
Description
The second meeting of the Food Service Committee on November 2, 1970 consisted of several Richmond College students, administrators and Servomation representatives, presided by Mr. William J. Rhodes as Chairman. During this meeting, proposals from the first meeting were revisited. Once again, Servomation brought up the issue of students living off campus who eat meals in the Refectory by trading ID cards. A special “dinner-of-the-month” meal was discussed, and students “reported that the ham and shrimp creole dinner have been bad."
