Title
Letter from Alfred L. Mathias to George M. Modlin
Description
In this letter, Alfred L. Mathias of the A. L. Mathias food service company writes to University of Richmond President George M. Modlin in order to convince him to switch to his food service. Mathias claims that it may not be possible to serve food to college students “’just like mother used to make,’” but it is possible to serve it “like mother used to serve it!"
