Description
This Collegian article states that food catering service Servomation Mathias has replaced the Slater System in managing the Richmond College Refectory. The new manager of the Refectory is Carroll E. Allen Jr. New serving hours and the guidance of a Food Service Committee are among the changes initiated by the new management. According to Business Manager and chairman of the food Service Committee William J. Rhodes hopes that students will give Servomation Mathias some time to get adjusted before making any judgement because they took over “under very difficult conditions."
