Title
Article "Student-directed Rewind features theater, dance"
Subject
Description
An article by Dan Petty in The Collegian announces a student-led production entitled “Rewind” that showcases four dance pieces and four theater pieces. A variety of genres and types of performance are represented, tied together by the common theme of “seeing a new perspective.” The students involved have a wide range of theater and dance experience— some have little to no performance background, while many are involved in University Players and University Dancers. The purpose behind creating the student production was to offer more student performance opportunities that are open to everyone, according to business major Jed Shireman.
