Subject
Description
This is an undated program from a production presented by the senior class of Westhampton College. The play was written, directed, designed, and performed by the students. The program contains a cast list, credits for directing and design, and an outline of the acts and scenes. "How the South Won the War" had three acts, each of which had two scenes. The scenes in Act III, for example, are titled "De Darkies on De Porch" and "The South Victorious." Some of the students worked to create the show and acted in it as well, including Lenore Dineen and Jessie McElroy. The only male involved in the production was Charles Booth who operated lights.
