Description
This article discusses the speaker Russell Jones who was a student at Virginia Union and an "outstanding" young leader. He discussed the Richmond Intercollegiate Council, and encouraged audience members that are interested in the world to join. He stated that the goal of the group was to express student opinions on problems in the world to create a better understanding between all races. He was brought to campus by the RIC to speak, and was denied access to eat at the dining hall.
