Description
This article lists the most valued principles of an unclassified group, although it does mention the RIC. It includes discussion of unity as the war (WWII) ensues, and discusses a desire for the African-American community to become more actively integrated into the government. They hope the creation of forum meetings and a multi-racial panel to be advocates for more positive Race relations in Richmond. The brief list ends with a statement about the abney Proposal in which Virginius Dabney speaks in favor of stopping segregation on "public carriers."
